theastraai.com or using any platform within the Astra AI product suite (Astra Flow, Astra Quant, Astra Ads, Astra CRM), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sanna Innovations Pvt Ltd. You agree to use our software for lawful business automation purposes and abide by account responsibility rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website theastraai.com, its subdomains, and associated AI applications developed by Sanna Innovations Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Software License & Intellectual Property
Sanna Innovations grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize Astra AI products during their active subscription term. All intellectual property, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and source code remain the exclusive property of Sanna Innovations Pvt Ltd.
3. Algorithmic Trading Disclaimer (Astra Quant)
Astra Quant provides automated algorithmic trading software utilities (RandomForest + Reinforcement Learning model integration). Users acknowledge that financial trading involves substantial market risk. Sanna Innovations does not provide direct investment advice, financial advisory guarantees, or liability for market fluctuations.
4. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API credentials, VPS login access, and subscription passwords. Any activity originating from your account credentials is your legal responsibility.
5. Termination & Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across all cloud platforms. Sanna Innovations reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system policies, attempt unauthorized penetration testing, or generate fraudulent ad spam.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
